Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania created the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program to stimulate giving to innovative educational organizations. Qualified businesses and individuals can earn significant tax credits equal to 75% – 90% of its contributions to approved Educational Improvement Organizations. ArtSmart is approved as an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) and is eligible to receive EITC contributions. If you would like to give to ArtSmart through your business’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit, please contact Erin Alcorn at erin@artsmart.org.

  • You are employed by a business firm with physical presence in Pennsylvania.
  • You own one or more shares in a business firm with physical presence in Pennsylvania.
